Reset or update your username or password

If your forgot your username or password

1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot Password
2. Enter the email address used when you registered for your event
3. Check your email for a password reset link
4. Click the link and follow the instructions to create a new password

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• If you registered using Google, please contact Customer Support to reset your password.
• If your password reset link expires, please reach out to Customer Support.

Change your username or password while logged in

1. Select the downward arrow next to your profile picture.
2. Choose My Profile → Manage Password.
3. Make your changes.
4. Select Save.
