Edit and manage your fundraising page

When you register for a campaign, your fundraising page is created with default content. Personalizing your page shares why you fundraise and can encourage more people to donate.

Below are the different ways you can edit and manage your fundraising page. To add images, videos, or links to your team page, see Add images and videos to your fundraising page.


Before you begin

  1. Go to fundraise.lls.org
  2. Log in using your username and password
    1. Use the email you registered with
  3. From the left‑hand menu, select Fundraiser Pages → My Page

Edit your fundraising story and content

You can update the text, images, links, and videos on your fundraising page.

  1. Select Manage Posts.
  2. Find existing post(s)
    • If you haven’t created any other posts, this will be the only item listed.
  3. Select Edit in the Manage column.
  4. Make your changes, such as:
    • Sharing your why
    • Adding or removing images
    • Adding links or videos
  5. Choose one of the following:
    • Save as Draft to keep changes private
    • Publish to make changes visible to the public
  6. Select Preview to see how your page looks to others.

Add a hyperlink to your fundraising page

You can include links to other websites or resources on your fundraising page.

  1. Select Manage Posts.
  2. Find the post titled My Fundraising Page.
    1. If you haven’t created any other posts, this will be the only item listed.
  3. Select Edit in the Manage column.
  4. Select Link.
  5. Enter the full URL and select OK.
  6. Choose one of the following:
    1. Save as Draft to keep changes private
    2. Publish to make changes visible to the public
  7. Select Preview to see how your page looks to others.

Add posts or updates to your fundraising page

Updates help keep supporters engaged. There are two ways to add posts:

Method 1: Create a post from Manage Posts

  1. Go to Manage Posts.
  2. Select Create Post.
  3. Enter:
    • A Page Title
    • (Optional) a custom URL
    • Your update text
  4. Add images, videos, or links if needed.
  5. Choose one of the following:
    • Save as Draft to keep changes private
    • Publish to make changes visible to the public
  6. Use Preview to review your post.

Method 2: Post a quick update from Home (recommended for mobile)

  1. On Home, enter a title under Post to My Page.
  2. Enter your update text.
  3. Select Post.

Your update will:

  • Appear on your public fundraising page
  • Be added to your list of posts in Manage Posts

This method is ideal for quick updates, especially on mobile devices.


Change your fundraising page title

You can update the title displayed on your fundraising page.

  1. Select Page Options from the left‑hand menu.
  2. Update the Page Title field.
  3. Select Save Changes.
