As a team captain (or co‑captain), you can manage your team’s fundraising page to update your team story, add posts, customize content, and highlight your team’s progress.
PROGRAM NOTE: Visionaries of the Year
Visionaries of the Year does not support team fundraising pages. If you are participating in Visionaries of the Year, you will not see team page options or team management features.
To make media updates—such as adding images, videos, or links—see Add images and videos to your fundraising page.
Before you begin
- Go to fundraise.lls.org
- Log in using your username and password
- From the left‑hand menu, select Fundraiser Pages → Team Page (or select your team from the available page options)
Edit your team page content
You can update the main content on your team page, including your team story.
- Select Manage Posts.
- Find existing post(s)
- If you haven’t created any other posts, this will be the only item listed.
- Select Edit in the Manage column.
- Make updates such as:
- Editing your team’s story
- Add calls to action
- Choose one of the following:
- Save as Draft to keep changes private
- Publish to make changes visible to the public
- Select Preview to see how your team page appears to supporters.
Add images or videos to your team page
You can enhance your team page by adding photos, videos, or team logos.

The same Image Explorer and embedded video options are available on team pages.
Add links to your team page
You can link to external websites or resources from your team page.
- Follow the instructions in Edit and manage your fundraising page to insert hyperlinks while editing your team page content.
Add posts or updates to your team page
Team updates help keep supporters informed and engaged.
- Select Manage Posts.
- Choose Create Post.
- Enter:
- A Post Title
- Your update text
- Optionally add images, videos, or links.
- Save as Draft or Publish your update.
- Use Preview to review before publishing.
Published posts appear on your public team page and in your list of managed posts.
Change your team page title
You can update the title displayed at the top of your team page.
- Select Page Options from the left‑hand menu.
- Update the Page Title field.
- Select Save Changes.
