Fix the "Signatures do not match" error during registration

If you see a “Signatures do not match” error while registering, we apologize for the frustration. This error is most commonly caused by network security restrictions, especially when registering from:

  • A hospital or healthcare network
  • A financial institution
  • A school or university network

In these locations, security settings may block how information is submitted during registration.


Try these steps first

If network restrictions don’t apply, the steps below may resolve the issue:

  1. Check spacing in your name
    • Try entering your name with two spaces between your first and last name.
  2. Avoid autofill
    • Return to the fields where you entered your name.
    • If autofill was used, clear the fields and type your name manually using your keyboard.
  3. Remove extra hidden spaces
    • If you typed your name, check for any blank spaces at the beginning or end of the field.
    • Even invisible spaces are treated as characters and can cause the error.
