Why you don't see a "My Team" tab

The "My Team" tab is only available to participants who are fundraising as part of a team. 

PROGRAM NOTE: Visionaries of the Year

Visionaries of the Year does not support team fundraising. If you are participant in Visionaries of the Year, you will not see a "My Team" tab or any team-related features. This is expected behavior for this campaign.

Why this happens

If someone is participating in the same event does not see a "My Team" tab, it means one of the following is true:

• They are registered as an individual fundraiser, not part of a team
• They are participating in Visionaries of the Year, which does not offer team pages

What you can do next

• If your event supports teams and you want team features, you'll need to create or join a team
• If you are registered as an individual fundraiser you can continue fundraising using your individual fundraising page, which supports page editing, posts, and donations. Participants fundraising on their own will not see team‑related options
