When donations appear on your fundraising page

The time it takes for a donation to appear on your Donation List and in your fundraising total depends on how the donation was made.

Online donations

• Online donations typically appear within 30 minutes.
• If you don't see the donation immediately, refresh the page.

Offline donations
Offline donations (like checks or cash) take longer to show on your Donation List or in your fundraising total because they have to be received and processed first. 

• It can take 2-3 weeks for offline donations to be received and processed.

If you're registered for multiple events

Donations are shown for one event at a time.

To view donations for a different event:

1. Select Switch Event at the top of the page next to your current event name.
2. Choose the event from the list.
3. The Donation List and fundraising total will update to match the selected event.
