Accept a credit card donation as a participant

You can accept donations in different ways depending on the device you’re using. Find instructions for your preferred method below.

Desktop: Use Method 1
Mobile: Use Method 2

Before you start 

• Go to fundraise.lls.org on your browser    
• Log in using the same username and password you use for your fundraising page

Once logged in, you should see your current event displayed and an option to Accept Donation.

Method 1: Accept a credit card donation on a desktop or laptop

1. Select Accept Donation on the Home page or Open My Donations from the left-hand menu, and select Accept Donation on the Donations or Promises tab
2. Enter the donor’s information and payment details
3. Submit the donation to add it to your fundraising total

Method 2: Accept a credit card donation on a mobile device

When you select Accept Donation on a mobile device:

1. Select Accept Donation on the Home page
2. Enter credit card information manually
3. Complete all required fields
4. Select Process Donation to submit the donation
5. Once processed, the donation is submitted and applied to your fundraising total
