150-mile ride (Two Days)
- The Scenic Shore 150-mile ride is completed over two days.
- On Saturday, participants ride 75 miles from Mequon to Manitowoc.
- On Sunday, participants ride 75 miles from Manitowoc to Sturgeon Bay.
Scenic Shore Century Loop (100-Mile Option)
- The Scenic Shore Century Loop (100-Mile Option) is not a separate registration option.
- To complete the optional Scenic Shore Century Loop (100-Mile Option), participants must register for the 75-mile Saturday ride. The fundraising commitment is based on the participant's registration category.
Important: Participants cannot register directly for the 100-mile ride. Registration for the 75-mile Saturday ride is required.
75-mile ride (One Day)
Participants may select one of the following 75-mile ride options:
- Scenic Shore 75-mile Saturday ride: Ride from Mequon to Manitowoc.
- Scenic Shore 75-mile Sunday ride: Ride from Manitowoc to Sturgeon Bay.
25-mile ride (Saturday)
- The Scenic Shore 25-mile ride takes place on Saturday.
- Participants ride from Mequon to the 25-mile finish line at Rest Stop 2 in Belgium.
Virtual Rider
- Scenic Shore Virtual Riders may participate from any location.
- Virtual Riders support Blood Cancer United's mission without attending the in-person event.
What are the youth rider requirements?

What are the fundraising commitment levels for Scenic Shore?
When you register for Scenic Shore, you are signing up for a fundraising mission first, and a bike ride second. Each participant helps create meaningful impact for people affected by blood cancers.
- 150-mile ride: $500 Adult fundraising commitment; $400 Youth (ages 12–17).
- 100-mile ride (Century Loop Option): Participants completing the optional Scenic Shore Century Loop must register for the 75-mile Saturday ride. The fundraising commitment is based on the participant's registration category.
- 75-mile ride: $350 fundraising commitment for all participants.
- 25-mile ride: $100 Adult fundraising commitment; $25 Youth (ages 8–17).
- Virtual rider: $500 Adult fundraising commitment; $400 Youth (ages 12–17).

What equipment do I need to participate in Scenic Shore?
Participants are responsible for arriving prepared with equipment appropriate for a long-distance cycling event. Review our suggested Packing List to ensure you have everything for event weekend.
Event Support
What support is available during Scenic Shore?
Rest stops are available every 10-12 miles along the Scenic Shore route. Each rest stop has complimentary refreshments and support.

Can I register directly for the Scenic Shore Century Loop?
No. The Scenic Shore Century Loop is not a separate registration option. Participants must register for the 75-mile Saturday ride and may choose to complete the optional Century Loop.
Is Scenic Shore a team event?
Yes. Every Scenic Shore participant is part of Team In Training and may participate as an individual, join a team, or create a fundraising team.
Can youth riders participant in Scenic Shore?
Yes. Youth participation is permitted on select Scenic Shore routes. Minimum age requirements vary by ride option.
