The form will ask whether they are:
- Dropping their spot entirely, or Swapping (giving their spot to another registered participant on their team)
- Please confirm that the climber you are swapping with is registered on the waitlist before filling out the form. Waitlist registration closes on February 20th.
- Participants must complete the entire form, as additional questions will appear based on their responses.
Once the form is submitted it will be processed in 7-10 business days. When the changes are completed in the Blood Cancer United system, the participant(s) and team captain will receive a confirmation email from their staff partner.
Important Deadlines
- February 6 at 11:59 PM PST– Last day to drop without being required to meet the $300 fundraising minimum.
- February 13 at 11:59 PM PST – Final deadline for all drops and swaps. If a participant drops after February 13, they will still be responsible for meeting the $300 fundraising minimum. If the minimum is not met, the participant will not be eligible to climb the following year.
- February 20 at 11:59 PM PST – Waitlist registration closes.
