When will my donation appear on a fundraising page

This article applies only to donations made to an individual fundraiser, not general donations to Blood Cancer United. 

Expected result: Donation credit appears after the donation has been received and processed according to the payment method used.

Online donations

  • Online donations typically appear within 30 minutes.
  • If you don't see the donation immediately, refresh the page.

Offline donations
Offline donations (like checks or cash) take longer to show on your Donation List or in your fundraising total because they have to be received and processed first. 

  • It can take 2-3 weeks for offline donations to be received and processed.

ACH and DAF donations

  • DAF donations and ACH donations made online can take up to 3 days to reflect on pages.

Anonymous donations

Anonymous donations are anonymous to everyone, including the participant and Blood Cancer United. 

Facebook donations

Facebook donations are anonymous in Blood Cancer United systems.
