Refund Policy

Per LLS Finance, the refund policy is in line with e-commerce guidelines and consistent with our bank's requirement by providing donors with information on how to initiate a refund by contacting us through a 1-800 number directed to the LLS call center.
Participants who have to make up funds at recommitment, should be charged through the chapter's Paymentech terminal not through the website.  A TNT participant will not be able to initiate a refund through the website as the charge will have been made through the chapter terminal and the chapter will need to request the refund through a check request.  This will limit refunds on the website just to donors as the refunds must be matched to an original donation before a full or partial refund will be given.

Refunds will be issued as a credit to the credit card used for the original contribution. Please be sure to provide the confirmation number from the original receipt.
